Efficient check-in, friendly sports bar staff, allowed early check-in, poolside seating, helpful receptionists. Good wifi, tasty salmon, fries, and coleslaw. Large, clean, quiet room with modern amenities, comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean when we arrived late at night, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Rooms were spacious, common areas well-maintained, and hot tub enjoyable. Coffee available in lobby at all times. Room had ample outlets, toiletries, and hair dryer. Appears to be the nicest option in town.

Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, especially the Stuffed Chicken - compliments to the chef! The waitress also made an awesome Hot Butter Rum. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was immaculate. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with perfect pillows, which was much needed after a long day on the road. The hotel is clean and modern, with freshly painted areas and cleaner rooms. The room had everything we needed, including plenty of outlets, toiletries, and a hair dryer. a great stay at the nicest option in town!

The value for money at Worldhotels Crafted was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great and the staff treated me with friendliness and professionalism.

Great room with all the expected amenities, clean and comfortable. A friendly staff greeted us at check-in and were always helpful. There was an outdoor lounge area which was a bonus for Thanksgiving. Location within the city was easy to find with plenty of free parking spots.

The price was high for the few services offered during the holidays- no free breakfast, and not one nearby food spot open on Thanksgiving. There was no lobby area to hang out in, and the room lacked room service which would have come in handy during the busy weekend.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep with lots of pillows. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the friendly receptionists who allowed us to check in early to the lovely Darlene in the Sports Bar, the service was top-notch. The location of this place was also excellent, with easy access to the main town center. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

Despite the occasional train shaking my room, I had a pleasant stay at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort. The friendly staff and moderately working wifi were a plus. I also enjoyed the tasty salmon dish at the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Located right by the trains, this hotel offers a convenient central location near the city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good lighting and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is well-lit and the hotel provides some internet access. The attached restaurant has a limited menu, but there is also a good coffee shop nearby.

The hotel is not very close to restaurants, so having a car is necessary for dining options.

I recently stayed at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort for my 50th wedding anniversary. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the hotel facilities were fine. The size of the room was impressive, and we really enjoyed the on-site swimming pool and hot tub after a long day out in the cold. The on-site restaurant had a great selection of food and provided excellent service. I was particularly impressed with Tina at the front desk, who was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Warren was also very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. it was a lovely mini retreat, and I would recommend this resort without hesitation.
