I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre for a business trip and I couldn't have been more satisfied. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and reasonable prices. The staff, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the housekeeping staff was prompt and respectful. The parking was ample and convenient, and the indoor Jacuzzi was a great way to relax. the excellent customer service and amenities made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy for us to get in and out. It was also close to a White Spot restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Additionally, the hotel was just a short distance from the Castle Fun park, which was a great place for us to spend some quality family time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free water bottles provided in the room.

That there were no fridges or microwaves in the room, which made it difficult for us to store formula and medicine for our small children.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. For the price I paid, I got a spacious room with a fantastic king-sized bed and even a pull-out couch. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities were all provided, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed, including the airport and the Castle Fun Park. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a great bonus.

One minor area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the stairwells.

Travelling with my daughter, we needed a stopover between Edmonton and Whistler. The location was great, just off the highway and next door to Castle Fun park. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic king-sized bed. The staff were friendly and the value was excellent. Having a White Spot restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient. a great stay.

The morning front desk clerk was excellent, apologized for the rough time, gave a discount on breakfast, and hoped to see us again. 25% off breakfast at adjacent restaurant. Large, comfortable, quiet room. Nicely upgraded bathroom. Convenient parking. Lots of shade in parking lot. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relaxing indoor Jacuzzi. Manager extended stay at same price. Excellent customer service.

Comfortable bed, fluffy pillows. Friendly staff, helpful. Room clean, spacious. Easy access to highway. Great overall experience.

We also enjoyed the view of the snow-capped mountains from our room.

Our room wasn't as clean as we had hoped and we found some leftover food from the previous guests in the mini-fridge. the walls were also quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking at all hours of the night.

The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to our event. The room was comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym, but it was nice to know they were there. The hotel was also conveniently close to grocery stores and gas stations. Parking was free, although there were some issues with it due to conference guests taking up all the spots. The staff at reception were friendly and always greeted us warmly.
