The lock on the external door was not working, causing a minor inconvenience. Noise from upstairs during the evening and early morning was disturbing.

The pool closure was a disappointment, but the staff at Quality Inn& Suites Amsterdam went above and beyond to make up for it. They offered a small discount and showed understanding for the inconvenience it caused, especially for our family with young kids. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient. Despite a small hiccup, our overall experience was great. I would recommend this hotel.

The shower was spacious, though a handle would have been helpful for disabled guests. The nonslip liner provided added safety. The Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus, and I would have brought my own dark roast if I had known. a clean and comfortable stay with excellent amenities.
