quality inn really exceeded our expectations during our recent stay in charlottetown. the staff went above and beyond to make our 4 year old son's birthday special, with a surprise ice cream sundae prepared just for him. it was a personal touch that made our stay memorable.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well, which was important during the hot weather. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing for me.

The Holland Building, where we stayed, was a lovely renovated house with a great location. It was a short walk to everything, including the waterfront and many fantastic restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a kitchenette. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast in the restaurant was hot and had a good variety. We also found lots of parking available nearby.

The hotel could benefit from some minor upgrades, like replacing the curtains and spare blankets that had tears.

Cleanliness, top-notch service, excellent location, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds.

A delightful stay. My partner and I booked a suite in an adjacent building called Holland Grove House. It felt intimate and private, and the suite was cozy with a comfortable four poster bed and a gas fireplace. The kitchen area was spacious and well-equipped. The location was excellent, within walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at Quality Inn for our romantic getaway. The honeymoon suite was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The highlight was definitely the lovely Jacuzzi. We'll definitely be returning for our third year in a row. I highly recommend Quality Inn.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of everything. I could easily explore the city center and visit various restaurants and attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great selection of food. The staff was helpful and even packed us a breakfast to take with us to the airport.

The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing and restaurants. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the room had modern decor and amenities.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the ideal location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to everything. The restaurants, bars, and eateries nearby were fantastic, and the friendly vibe of the town made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself had up-to-date and nicely decorated rooms. The view of the town from the 3rd floor was lovely, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom impressed me, and it felt just as good as staying in a $300 room. Plus, the cooked breakfast included was a great bonus. The room amenities like a microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee maker were very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
