We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, with lots of towels and soaps provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Branko who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of fresh foods including fruits and even spinach. The hotel's location was perfect for us as we were close to a big local tournament and it was convenient to commute within the city as well as visit Ottawa.

We stayed at this place during my child's soccer tournament and it was perfect for our needs. The location was great as it was right beside a shopping mall, so we had easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and tidy with lots of towels and amenities. The king bed was comfortable and the room size was good. The staff were incredible and provided excellent service throughout our stay. it was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed at Quality Inn for a business trip and were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. The recently renovated room was fashionable, spotless, and equipped with a mini-fridge and coffeemaker. The outdoor pool and patio were inviting, and the lobby was comfortable and clean. The receptionist even allowed us a free late check-out for our Skype interview. The hotel provided a quiet atmosphere, good internet connection, and access to a great gym and swimming pool. We were also impressed by the breakfast, which was packed in a high-quality container and included a variety of options, including fruits and vegetables. a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Best aspects of my Christmas getaway were the warm and inviting room, complete with comfortable beds and excellent toiletries. the hotel's location was superb, with a shopping mall right next door and easy access to nearby attractions. What I enjoyed the most was the festive atmosphere, with beautiful holiday decorations throughout the hotel, creating a delightful and magical ambiance.

The lackluster restaurant experience, with poor food quality and cleanliness. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety, but the service was subpar and the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired.
