The hotel had good holiday decorations and they gave complementary cookies and hot cider. the location was great, right by a shopping center and restaurants. the room was big and clean with comfortable beds.

The rooms in the hotel were outdated and the carpets were stained. the beds were also on the hard side, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

The staff and managers at this hotel were excellent and more than accommodating! They took excellent care of us after a terrifying experience at another place. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The location is great, close to the highway for those traveling.
