Convenient location for the ferry, recently renovated with friendly staff. Luxurious beds and duvets for a great sleep. Complimentary breakfast with real dishes and silverware, constantly monitored and replenished. Exceeded expectations.

As a frequent traveler, I highly recommend Quality Inn. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities. The buffet breakfast is delicious and starts early, perfect for early risers. The staff is friendly and the hot tub/pool area is beautiful for relaxation. This motel surpasses any others we have stayed in and we will definitely seek out Quality Inn in our future travels.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of options that we didn't expect from this type of hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool and play space, were perfect for families. We also appreciated the convenient location, just off the main travel route and with easy access to major shops. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the best restaurant in this city, where we enjoyed delicious food.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the Gulf of St Lawrence, close to the harbour, and convenient to the ferry terminal. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and bilingual. Guests have mentioned the great breakfast and the self-service laundry facilities, which have new machines and a pleasant waiting area.

Some guests have had issues with management, such as being woken up early by housekeeping and double charges on their credit card.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Quality Inn in Matane. The hotel may not look impressive from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had another TV in the room for extra convenience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay great. The check-in process was smooth, and the maid service was excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the staff spoke very good English, which was a huge help since we couldn't speak French.

What a wonderful romantic escape! the hotel’s facilities were excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the service was outstanding. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we felt at home immediately. the breakfast was delicious and surprisingly varied. We also enjoyed the nearby attractions – the beach was only a few minutes away, and the local restaurants were five-star. the view from the room was stunning and made our stay even more unforgettable.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the lack of variety with room service meals. the menu was limited, and the prices were steep.

Great Service, Spacious Room Upgrade

Recently we stayed at Quality Inn and had a wonderful experience. However, the staff, particularly Amanda, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She contacted the patron who had been assigned the requested jacuzzi king suite and managed to arrange a room swap, allowing us to enjoy a spacious room for our 25th anniversary celebration. The room itself was spotless and we were able to relax and enjoy our time in comfort. The hotel also offered a great meal and live music at the bar. I highly recommend Quality Inn for their exceptional service and accommodations.
