The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, from the friendly woman in the kitchen to the efficient housekeeping staff. I also appreciated the variety of services available, such as room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and quality service.
