I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn. The location was perfect for me as I needed to catch the ferry to the mainland. Being so close to the ferry terminal made my travel plans much more convenient. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is very pet-friendly, as I was traveling with my furry friend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the charming British atmosphere of this hotel. The Tudor-style building and library-turned-breakfast room added to the unique experience. My partner and I recently stayed at Quality Inn for two nights during our visit to the beautiful Butchart Gardens. The location was perfect, just a short drive away, and it was easy to find being on the main A17 route to the ferry. Despite some road noise, our room was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. The proximity to the regional park was also a bonus, as we were able to enjoy the beach and do some bird watching. Additionally, the staff, especially Ceara, were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were greeted with a bottle of water, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The service was top-notch, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located along the Pat Bay Highway, making it easy to access the ferry terminal in Swartz Bay. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impressive. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and were friendly and inviting. The breakfast provided in a brown paper sack was a nice touch.

Hard to think of anything negative. The only disappointment was the morning staff member who was not as friendly as the rest of the staff.

The breakfast offerings were limited, with no fruit on the second morning and only a few options available. the lack of regular maintenance, the absence of a microwave and small fridge in the room, and the open food during breakfast were concerning. In conclusion, while the location was convenient, the overall experience at this hotel left much to be desired.
