The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treated us like royalty. The facility is beautiful with generous-sized rooms and comfortable beds. The on-site restaurant was outstanding, offering amazing meals and exceptional service. The pool and garden view added to the relaxing atmosphere, and we loved being able to walk to town and the Shaw Festival easily. Finding parking on-site was never a problem.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed with the location as it was just across from a wonderful theatre. The service was excellent with staff always ready to assist with laundry and valet parking. My room was well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff both at reception and in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

They were always available to provide information and assistance when needed. the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and a lovely view of the river. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a day exploring the area.

There were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. the hotel failed to acknowledge special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, which was a letdown.
