The hotel's location near the Vancouver airport made it fast and easy to get to with their shuttle service. Additionally, it was conveniently situated within walking distance of the outlet mall. The restaurant downstairs had a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast menu, and there was also a coffee/snack bar that seemed handy. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, particularly the friendly front desk lady who checked me in and the lovely lady behind the bar who chatted with me while I ate alone. They even went out of their way to open the little shop for me twice to get a hot drink during my stay. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the option to check in early and have a late check out.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, the value was top-notch! The room was clean, spacious, and oh so comfortable. Plus, the location right on the waterfront gave it a refreshing vibe. The staff? Absolutely amazing - so friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home.

The hotel location is great for chartering a bus to shuttle us all to the waterfront. The property is right on the river which offers a nice view. Additionally, the area around the hotel seems nice, but I didn't have much time to explore. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The room was falling apart, the bathroom handle wouldn't lock, and the window wasn't closing properly. The dresser, side tables, and couches in the lobby were dirty and stained.

The bed linen and the bed were super comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel offers a free shuttle every 20 minutes to and from the airport, making transportation convenient. the gym on the 11th floor was fantastic and had a great view.

The main restaurant was closed, and there weren't many stores or restaurants within walking distance, so you had to take an Uber or taxi to get to them. , the breakfast restaurant was very chilly, so make sure to bring a sweater when you go to eat.

Staying here was a breeze because of the free shuttle bus service from here to the airport that runs non-stop 24/7 every 20 minutes. The location on the river gave me city views from the amazing large hotel restaurant, where I was served great food while enjoying views of the Fraser River. The staff were so friendly and accommodating-each member going above-and-beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Room amenities like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even ironing facilities were top-notch, which was a big plus for me.

The hotel was not located in a vibrant area, and there were not many nearby dining options to choose from, making us opt for room service most of the time. the view from our room was not very pleasant since we were overlooking the parking lot, which made us feel a little boxed in.
