The heating/cooling unit emitted a burning smell, which made me unplug it!!! The room wasn't properly cleaned before check-in, and the furniture was outdated. A kettle and more tea/coffee supplies would enhance the experience!!!

this hotel was almost acceptable, but I just couldn't overlook the terrible wi-fi that ruined my vital conference calls. also, the disgusting fact that pets are allowed in every room, how charming! I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but no, that seems reserved for the 'favored' guests, whatever those are.

The hotel boasts stunning views of the falls—especially mesmerizing from my room. The staff was friendly, especially Mary, who offered fantastic dining tips and even helped with cab bookings.

However, our stay wasn't without its drawbacks. The noise from garbage pick-up at dawn was jarring. Plus, the shower facilities could use a serious update. cleanliness was definitely lacking.

the location is super close to the falls which was nice. the beds were also very comfy and i had a good sleep. the staff were friendly and helped us out when we had a problem with our tv. big rooms and clean bathrooms too! overall it was a solid night.

but the pool was a bummer because the bottom was rough and hurt my kids feet. also, we saw that the falls view was blocked by the marriot across the street which was disappointing.

The location was great. just a quick walk to Clifton Hill and Hornblower Cruises. Our room was very clean and the river view was stunning! Easy public transport access was a plus too.

It was just a great fit for an overnight stay in Niagara Falls with excellent value for money. The woman at reception was really nice and even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. Make sure to check the cleanliness of the sheets before settling in.

We had a fantastic time visiting the nearby Fallsview Casino for some entertainment. With five teenage kids, the spacious city view room was just what we needed. The whirlpool tub was a hit after thrilling days exploring the attractions and enjoying the breathtaking falls.

My kids wished for better breakfast options for families.

Parking fees are steep , but the fallsview suite was an incredible upgrade and very spacious.
