Chur, the room was clean and staff were friendly. But, the shower could do with shelves—brushing my hair without getting it wet was a nightmare! Overall, sweet as stay.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The friendly staff always make me feel welcome, and the cozy room setup is perfect for a solo traveler. I particularly enjoyed the arcade in the lobby for some fun downtime after exploring!

Unfortunately, the pool area could use better cleaning and maintenance.

Consider requesting a room closer to the elevator for easier access, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

More fun than I expected!

My room with two queen beds was spotless, and I loved the comfy beds. Plus, the shaded parking spots with EV outlets made it even better. Can’t wait to come back for another adventure!

Ask for a room away from the railway to minimize noise, especially if you're sensitive to sound during the night.

this place was an absolute disgrace. no hot water in the room, only luke-warm—how charming! plus, the jets in the soaker tub didn’t work at all. i almost left a good review for the breakfast, but $6.99 is too much for such a mundane offering. i'm expecting a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, if that's not too much to ask.

Great location near downtown with plenty of parking. Clean room ready for us when we arrived. Plus, there’s an arcade in the lobby—how fun is that?

But bless their hearts, the noise from the nearby railway was like a caffeinated train conductor all night! My beauty sleep was just a distant dream, really.

Room was real clean, and the folks there were friendly as pie. Had a pretty good breakfast too, just $6.99, can’t beat that. Plus, the arcade in the lobby was a hit with the kids. Just wish the shower had some shelves, made it a bit tricky to do my hair without a mess.

how thoughtful of them to offer a bigger bed instead of better pillows or any form of table and chairs. it's delightful to hear trains all night and to find no housekeeping for my garbage! after such inconvenient nights, i would have thought a complimentary upgrade was in order, yet here i am! absolutely disgraceful, just couldn’t give a good review.

Lovely views of the mountains and easy access to all the fun activities! Clean room, and breakfast was quite good. Staff really friendly and made everything smooth. Got a good vibe!

Everything was just perfect.

The beds were a dream for my back, and the air conditioning was quietly marvelous. Plenty of parking spots with helpful 120V outlets for EVs—who knew? The wallpaper and carpet looked spiffy too!

But the noise from neighbors had me wondering if they were hosting a tap dance party. Not to mention, I'd appreciate a shower that doesn't feel like a phone booth!

The staff were pure brilliant, always accommodating. The breakfast was a cracking deal at just $6.99 for all you can eat. The room? Aye, it could use a wee bit of a refresh, and the carpet looked like it had seen better days. But overall, I enjoyed it!

the inn & suites had a great location, just a short walk from downtown. the pool was super fun, especially with the waterslide, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. i loved the free arcade room too!

my only issue was the limited parking. sometimes it felt a bit crowded.
