I had a great stay at Ramada Sherwood Park! The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. The internet access was free and reliable. The location was convenient, with Boston Pizza next door for dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great Easter weekend! the spacious and clean rooms were the best, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. the hot breakfast was such a treat and the staff was amazing, even offering to cook for us when we arrived late. the location is great, with a nearby baseball park and easy access to other attractions.

We had a bit of a language barrier with one staff member who didn't speak English well and our room wasn't cleaned properly, but after mentioning it to the front desk they were able to fix it before we returned. a wonderful rest and we would stay here again!

The staff was incredibly caring, especially Charlotte at check-in who was informative and meticulous. They even cooked up some eggs for the last person in our group who arrived just before breakfast ended. As a gesture of goodwill, the staff sent us off with a selection of snacks and drinks to compensate for a brief elevator breakdown. I was impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.
