I had an awesome stay at this hotel! It's perfectly located—close to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. My room was super comfy and recently remodeled, which made for a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Plus, the staff were helpful; they even gave me some great tips on local attractions! The restaurant on-site is a bonus, serving delicious meals that really hit the spot after a long day.

That I wished they had a laundry facility on-site—there aren’t many laundromats around, which made it a bit tricky. There was also a small hiccup with my shuttle reservation. Luckily, they took care of it by covering my taxi fare, but it would’ve been smoother if everything was sorted beforehand. though, I had a fantastic experience!

This hotel is super convenient for getting around town, being only 15 minutes from the airport and close to the TransCanada. The beds are comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings. Plus, the housekeeping staff is on top of things, keeping the rooms clean and fresh every day!

The check-in process was a bit slow, and the lobby layout could be tricky for those with mobility issues due to steps without railings. some of the furnishings felt outdated, and the kitchenette was more of a barebones setup than a full kitchen. it was an okay stay, but improvements could definitely be made.

We had a great stay at Ramada. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home in a new city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The in-room refrigerator was a bonus, as we brought our own food. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the mall and other amenities. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff, thorough city introduction. Comfortable, well-insulated suites, no street noise. Office chair and desk were comfortable. Efficient, friendly staff, amazingly comfortable beds. Affordable prices. Good location, average rooms. Clean hotel and room. Clean, bright reception area. Night staff went above and beyond, sent shuttle even after 11:30 pm. Pleasant, friendly, and helpful phone service.

We loved the oversized room and fabulous beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the plentiful free tea and coffee. The TV and WiFi were excellent, and the guys at the front desk were fantastic. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the free shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. The driver, Mike Matthews, gave us great advice on places to visit.

Felt very special, no complaints whatsoever.
