Best aspects were the convenient location and the well, equipped rooms. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of traffic. the rooms have kitchenettes, air conditioning, and microwaves, which were all useful during my stay. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant and a pub on, site, making dining options easily accessible.

Worst aspects were the lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues. the rooms were not cleaned regularly, and I had to ask for fresh towels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and the room was clean. I loved the fact that there were lots of pillows on the beds, and the balcony was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. It only took me about 20 minutes to get to downtown, the Mayfair mall, the Tillicum Mall, and even the Silver City theatre. The hotel had plenty of parking, which was convenient. The room was also quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown attractions, just a few minutes away by car. It's situated in a beautiful natural area beside a walking trail. If you're attending a conference, it's also within walking distance to the convention center. Some of the rooms have lovely views of the surrounding landscape, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is good, and the front desk staff is friendly.

The cleanliness of the hotel is lacking in some areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was close to all the tourist attractions and also convenient for our visits to family during the holidays. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed that provided a great night's sleep. We loved the fact that there was a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room, as well as a desk and table with chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wifi worked well throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's nice location near the Galloping Goose Trail was a bonus for us.

My recent stay at The Vic was fantastic! I was in Victoria for a weekend getaway and stayed for two nights. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 15 minutes from downtown. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in early. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including ample towels and pillows. The free wifi worked flawlessly, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel offers great value for the price and there is a bus stop conveniently located across the street. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend The Vic.

There were several aspects of this hotel that were disappointing. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dusty lamps and dirty bathrooms.

Clean and modern rooms with updated features, such as a rain shower and sliding door. Helpful staff provided suggestions for local attractions. Breakfast was tasty and service was excellent. Convenient location for exploring the area. Pleasant overall stay.

This place is located in a nice quiet area, with easy access to major shopping malls and all the touristy attractions. The staff here went out of their way to give excellent service. The room amenities included heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area downstairs.

The staff who barely speaks English told us that the elevator is broken and that they don't have a porter. However, we still recommend this hotel to all.
