The jet bath was a luxurious treat, and the real fireplace added a cozy touch. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and open until late, and we appreciated being able to bring our own snacks and drinks. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. The clientele was respectful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The housekeeping service was not up to par, as they did not clean the rooms for the entire seven-day stay, despite being promised otherwise.

Despite being advertised as secure, the locks on the doors did not offer us any sense of safety. the rooms were not clean - cobwebs hung in the corners and the curtains did not work properly.

Loved this hotel's location in the beautiful Laurentian mountains, with a large supermarket just across the street. The staff provided great service and rooms were well-equipped with amenities like a K-cup coffee machine, two-person tub with jets, and fireplace. Breakfast was also available and we enjoyed the provided croissants.
