The residence offered good value for money compared to similar places in Canada.

No room darkening shades in the bedrooms, so it can get bright very early in the morning. Signage could be improved, making it hard to find the hotel from the road.

the kitchen had a bit of a smell to it, although we didn't need to use it. in one of the rooms we stayed in, there was no hot water in the shower and the water came out onto the floor.
