The location of the hotel was really convenient, being close to a big plaza and the Outlets. It was also great that the hotel had direct links to the downtown area. the apartment was spacious and clean, offering all the amenities that made it feel like home.

That there were no dressers or desks in the suite, which was unexpected. This made it difficult to unpack and store our belongings, especially considering the higher prices.

We got great value for our money at the Residences in Kanata Lakes. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

I had an amazing stay here! The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for my group. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it super convenient for cooking breakfast in the morning. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, resolving a minor issue with our room quickly. The laundry facilities in the room were a game-changer, saving us a ton of time and making our stay even more comfortable. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, and staff were all top-notch.
