Convenient location in the center of the village, close to grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Spacious and beautifully furnished one-bedroom condo with a nice view of Morrisey Mountain.- Housekeepers did a very good job servicing the unit, although daily service might be unnecessary.

Weak WIFI signal in the unit, had to go near the elevator or reception lobby to get a connection. Ski valet located at the hotel, a bit of a walk from the residences.

I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable suite at the Residences. The king-sized bed was excellent and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. The air exchange and temperature control were impressive. The location, nestled in the mountains, offered beautiful views. I will recommend this hotel.

The Residences At The Sun Peaks Grand provided excellent facilities and amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially towards disabled guests. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a large room to stay in. The pool area, although smaller than expected, was clean and enjoyable. the hotel was dog-friendly and provided a pleasant stay.

I loved the stunning views from the Summit floor, the comfortable work space, and the unique ski-thru pick up for lunch. Spread that discretionary income!

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of trying to find Wi-Fi in the lobby or near the elevator shaft. So convenient.

We had a blast at The Residences! The pool area was clean and fun, and we loved how dog-friendly everyone was. The room had a beautiful kitchen and all the utensils we needed. Plus, the location was perfect for a ski-in/ski-out holiday. No need for a car!

This hotel is a luxurious ski, in/ski, out apartment hotel with exclusive amenities. the apartment was spacious, immaculate, and well, equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony with a stunning view. the hotel had its own hot tubs, and we also enjoyed the main hotel pool/hot tubs, which were accessed internally through a series of corridors. the gym was small but adequate. the hotel's location was excellent and convenient, making it perfect for a ski trip.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower could have done with a little re, grouting. it did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this place. the staff and accommodations were spectacular. the location is perfect for a ski in/ski out holiday, and we loved the convenience of not having to use our car during our stay. the room was large and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which was very handy. the restaurant was also very good, with friendly service and quick service. it was a wonderful outing and I couldn't have asked for more. The location of the hotel is convenient to the slopes, allowing guests to easily access the ski lifts within a minute or two. the hotel is situated right in the center of town, providing easy access to various restaurants and amenities.

The hotel charges a daily fee for parking, which can be inconvenient and adds an unnecessary expense to the overall stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of TV functionality and a small pool, overall our experience at the Residences At The Sun Peaks Grand was fantastic. The convenience of ski-in/ski-out access and the friendly service from the staff made our stay memorable.

Had a great Xmas stay in the mountains. Loved how quiet it was, away from the city hustle and bustle. the suite was spacious, with a comfy bed and modern amenities. the location was also ideal, close to restaurants and shops. Plus, the stunning mountain views were a highlight!

The parking fee was a bit of a downer, especially considering it was Xmas and the hotel was barely occupied. the pool was smaller than expected and the gym facilities were just okay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day on the slopes. I also loved having access to the two hot tubs exclusively for residence guests. The ski valet was convenient, although it only accommodated skis. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, although a bit pricey. The skiing experience at Sun Peaks was fantastic, with vast and picturesque terrain, and the mountain hosts were helpful in guiding us through the three peaks. The gym in the Delta was great, and the pool and additional hot tubs were a bonus. Despite a few minor inconveniences like key issues and limited dining choices in the village, I would highly recommend the Residences and would definitely consider returning. I had a wonderful experience at the Residences and would recommend it to others.
