We stayed at Rosedale On Robson Suite for our anniversary and were warmly greeted by Roslyn at reception. The beds were comfy, rooms clean, and the breakfast was sufficient. The location was great, with easy access to eateries, public transportation, and a ferry dock. The pool, steam room, and sauna were an added bonus. The staff and atmosphere were friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location near restaurants and train, cozy suite with full kitchen, friendly staff. Staff explained exchange rate discrepancy, treasure chest for children, maid service in morning, minimal elevator wait. No surprises, clean and convenient for exploring on foot, budget-friendly. Dated but well-maintained, didn't use amenities, stocked kitchen, enjoyed nearby ramen place. Centered, helpful front desk, comfortable bed in spacious suite, occasional noise from living area.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the convenient location of The Rosedale on Robson. It was within walking distance to B.C. Place Stadium, Rogers Arena, and the Queen Elizabeth theatre.

I felt well taken care of during my stay and had no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosedale On Robson Suite. The suite was spacious and had a great view of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to Granville Island and Yaletown. The staff were friendly and helpful. a great experience.

The view from the hotel was amazing, with beautiful gardens on the second floor. the location was also excellent, close to BC Place, Yaletown, and downtown. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite, always ready to help.

the interiors of the hotel were a bit dated. While this may help keep the price reasonable, it would be great to see some updates and modernization.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious suite rooms at Rosedale On Robson Suite. The daily cleaning service ensured a high standard of cleanliness. The location in the yaletown area was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions on foot. The staff, especially Gabby in the breakfast room and Daniel, Ian, and Andrew at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and how to get there. The hotel manager, Jillian Francis, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even leaving birthday presents for me upon arrival. we had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel for future trips.

Good value for the price. Conveniently located near Hop On/Hop Off bus stop, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Complimentary Keurig coffee maker in the room. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The beds were comfy, and the hotel facilities including the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were clean and well-loved. The location in the central area of this city was perfect for us, as it was close to the Rogers Arena where we attended a concert and near many other attractions. There were also plenty of wonderful restaurants in Yaletown nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to shops on Robson Street and close proximity to BC Place and rapid transit. The rooms are spacious and come with a lounge and kitchenette area, providing added comfort and convenience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making families feel welcome and even celebrating children with toys from their treasure chest.

The lifts/elevators can sometimes take a long time to arrive at peak times.

We were impressed with this place! The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just down the road in Yaletown and very close to restaurants and shopping as well as the skytrain from the airport. The service was exceptional, from the front office staff to the maids with prompt service upon check-out. The amenities were fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi with a lovely garden area or facilities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area.

That there were no pets allowed, but we would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sitting area, terrace and free toiletries.

The location was perfect, with lots of dining options and attractions within walking distance. the room was clean and nicely furnished. the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The toilet was too low and the shower had low water pressure. These were minor issues, but they did impact my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The location is very convenient, with good restaurants just down the road in Yaletown. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious, especially on the higher floors, with a comfortable queen bed and a small kitchen. It's also a plus that breakfast is included in our rate.
