The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodated our late arrival. The location was excellent as we were working across the street. The hotel facilities were clean and the pub had a charming early 20th-century atmosphere. The all-wood bar added to the overall ambiance. The food and drinks were great, and we especially enjoyed the $2.75 highball night on Thursdays.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even did double duty between the bar downstairs and the hotel, which we appreciated. The location of the hotel was great, situated in the old part of town. We had the best breakfast place just steps away, and there were plenty of parking spots available. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

We had a quick visit at Royal Duke, arriving in the evening and leaving early the next morning. Although we didn't get to enjoy the comfy bed, the staff were fantastic. the check-in process was a bit tricky though, as you have to enter through the bar. the hotel itself is charmingly old and has no elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. the rooms were clean and quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and the location was perfect. the staff even addressed a pricing discrepancy and treated us to a drink. the food was excellent, and the WiFi was reliable.
