Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel and in my room. No issues with dampness, mold, or broken fixtures. It was a comfortable and healthful stay. I appreciate the effort put into keeping the rooms in great condition. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Despite the minor inconvenience of a broken hanger left in the closet, the overall cleanliness and organization of the room were impressive. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

Great value hotel with a clean and comfortable room, lovely staff, and excellent basic amenities. We especially appreciated the fully separate bedroom with a full kitchen. The hotel's location is also a plus, conveniently located right by the mall and easy to get to Abbotsford airport or the highway.

This hotel was well maintained with great service, but there was room for improvement with attention to detail in housekeeping.

The location is perfect, just a short drive from the airport and right by the mall. The room was modern and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and a walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view of the mountains was beautiful. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness center with treadmills and free weights.

That the highway noise could be a bit disturbing at times.

The rooms are modern and have easy-to-use climate controls, while the bathrooms feature nice slate tile. The lobby layout is well-designed with plenty of seating. The parking facility is good and the staff is wonderful, despite the language barrier with some guests. Plus, the hotel is conveniently connected to a great breakfast spot.

We had an amazing stay at Sandman! We came here for our wedding night and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with rose petals, a bottle of wine, and cozy accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The pool and hot tub were great, and we loved the modern lobby. The location was perfect with nearby shopping and restaurants. The women staff were friendly and helpful. a fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the freeway and only a short drive to the airport. The rooms were lovely and felt brand new. We were impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Additionally, having a Denny's and Bar One downstairs was convenient for meals and drinks. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience in a great location.

Absolutely nothing

Complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the Mandarin restaurant nearby was convenient. Elevator worked quickly. Staff was friendly and polite.

The beds were old, lumpy, and sat too low to the floor, giving an overall creepy feeling. the double Queen Room felt cramped, and the air conditioner was noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

Great location near the highway for easy travel. Close to amenities and airport. Good beds and shower. Nice pool and clean hot tub. New mall and good restaurants within a 3-minute walk.

great location for picking up family from the airport. our room was very nice and i liked the decor. the bed was phenomenal!

Temperature in the room was too hot.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the food from the restaurant attached to the hotel. the location was also convenient. It was near a plaza and the airport was just minutes away.

The gym was not very good. It had minimal equipment and was in need of maintenance.
