The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. We were able to easily access the mall and watch a hockey tournament. There were also many restaurants and stores nearby, making it convenient for us to find places to eat and shop. The tower part of the hotel was easily accessible from the main desk, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was lovely, with modern and practical furniture, and the bed was big and comfortable.

There was some confusion with the array of buildings and add-ons, which made it a bit difficult to find the entrance initially.

The swimming was enjoyed by my kids. Beds were comfortable. Checking in was a bit difficult but friendly staff helped. The lobby had a Denny's restaurant. Great place for families.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable for a hotel in this area. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed were spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the great balcony view of the skyline of this city. the attention to detail and basic amenities provided added to the positive experience.

Although the hotel had a sketchy location, everything else was ok.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

During my recent stay at Sandman Hotel, I was pleased with the location, as there were many good restaurants close by. The gym facility was also a highlight, providing a great opportunity to stay active during my trip.

I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the door to the bathroom being a tight fit, making it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time. Additionally, noise from the pool area could be heard throughout the day, starting early in the morning.

Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and a balcony that offered a stunning view of the city skyline. Lastly, I appreciated that breakfast was included, making it a convenient and value-for-money option.

We stayed in the new tower, and the location was great. The showers in the area we were in were spacious and had good water pressure. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was friendly and helpful. Although there was no complimentary breakfast, the onsite restaurants provided a variety of options. The pool area in the tower was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of fresh towels available.

One negative aspect was the noise from outside the rooms. Guests mentioned people hanging out and making noise near the back entrance, causing disturbances during the night.

The hotel offered clean and well-maintained rooms, with fresh and comfortable pillows and bedspreads. It was nice not having to worry about any unpleasant smells or stains on the bedding. the staff at the front desk were quick to resolve any issues, as experienced by the guests who had their rates adjusted. This showed professionalism and efficient customer service.

One of the major downsides was the lack of an elevator in the hotel. This caused inconvenience for guests, especially those with mobility issues who had to climb stairs to reach their rooms.
