Impressed by cleanliness and comfort. Room was cozy, if slightly small. Front desk staff was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well-taken care of. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The take-away breakfast was a nice perk to enjoy on the go, a convenient option before heading out for the day. Having a restaurant on-site was an added bonus, especially when you have limited time or prefer not to leave the hotel. the swimming pool and hot tub provided a relaxing experience during our short stay.

The room size felt cramped, particularly for taller guests like us. maintenance issues like a running toilet and a malfunctioning outlet in the bathroom were inconvenient.

Moxies in the crib was a vibe for late-night munchies with the squad. We hit up some sick spots nearby for good times - HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT was wild! the room was dope and comfy for chilling in between adventures.

Only thing missing was a sick rooftop pool party scene for the ultimate turn-up vibes. Get that pool poppin', and it'd be straight fire!

The location of this hotel is great if you're using a car to get around, plus it's super close to the airport. the staff really tried their best to help us with local suggestions for getting to downtown Vancouver. the cleanliness of the rooms was spot-on and the hotel itself had a nice modern feel.

The room I stayed in became quite cramped when we had to open our suitcases. All in all, everything was okay.

The location near Bridgeport Station makes it easy to explore Richmond and Vancouver. In-room movies are available for $25. the spacious king-size rooms provide a comfortable stay, perfect after a long day of travel. Enjoy the large bathroom with double sinks and a refreshing shower. the delicious buffet breakfast and excellent service ensure a pleasant start to the day.

Instructions for the AC units could be clearer for uninterrupted sleep.

The spacious family suite easily accommodated all our little ones with room to spare. the on-site playground and fun activities kept our children entertained for hours, making it a truly family-friendly experience.

My wife says that providing a dedicated kids' menu at the hotel's restaurant would have been a great addition for families.

Traveling for business and stayed at the hotel for three nights. Close to the airport, making my commute hassle-free. Quick and efficient check-in/check-out process. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant, Moxies Bar & Restaurant, and the useful shuttle bus service. the option for later checkout was a bonus, and I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the adjacent Denny’s.
