The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchenette was well-appointed with unexpected tools, and the apartment fridge was a bonus. I loved having two T.V. 's, one in the kitchen area and one in the bedroom. The jet tub was amazing and worked perfectly. The shower area was spacious as well. The location was ideal, with easy access to the main bypass around the city, South Commons shopping area, and a variety of restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sandman Signature! As people who love karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find out that the hotel had an amazing karaoke night and a casino right on the premises. It was so much fun to sing our hearts out and try our luck at the tables. The facilities and amenities provided were top-notch and really catered to our interests. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. we had a blast and would highly recommend this hotel to fellow karaoke and casino enthusiasts!

We stayed at this place for three nights and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was easy to get to everywhere in the South. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and they provided excellent customer service. They offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and also provided ironing facilities, heating. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great added touch, and the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor made for a cozy, comfortable stay.

As backpackers, we loved the great value for the price at this hotel. The free upgrade to a bigger suite was a huge bonus, giving us plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and having a fridge in our room was convenient for storing leftovers. The bunk beds in the Family Suite were a hit with the kids, and they even had their own TV! The quiet building and super comfy bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep. And let's not forget the complimentary Starbucks coffee with to-go cups – a much-appreciated treat for us on-the-go travelers. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and a variety of shopping options. the room was also very clean and comfortable. the breakfast that came with my stay was great, and the free parking was definitely a plus.

My request for a room close to the elevator was not accommodated, even though I had mentioned it in my reservation due to a recent knee operation. When I asked for a change, I was informed that it could not be done.
