Room was great, comfortable bed, good location, appreciated the upgrade. We will return. Upgraded room close to reception as requested, small kitchen with microwave. Spacious suite, comfortable seating. Enjoyed free coffee, restaurant had good food. Convenient location near amenities. Highway location, but noise wasn't a problem. Delicious cocktails and happy hour menu at Moxies. Staff was nice, modern rooms, comfortable and close to amenities.

The value for money at Sandman was spot on! The room was fantastic, with super comfy beds and a modern, clean feel. The staff were friendly and even upgraded our room upon request. The connected restaurant had lots of great choices and the kitchenette was a bonus for cooking.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. It was close to shopping centers, restaurants, and bars, making it convenient for exploring the city. The Loft Suite was impressive, with a spacious room and a clean, well-equipped kitchen. Plus, having in-room washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus.

The lack of breakfast included was a downside to our stay.

Our stay at Sandman was amazing. The room had all the little details that made it so comfortable, from the lights in the shower to the mirror with the light. The linens and blackout drapes added to the overall lovely experience. Despite not having a continental breakfast, the staff was excellent and made us feel welcome. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Drawbacks: The only downside was that the signs from the street front were a bit hard to see, but that didn't hinder our overall enjoyment.

The restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area with special diet menus. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a long day.
