The phone system is not efficient, as it is answered by the GM's voicemail and there are no instructions on how to reach the front desk or call for the airport shuttle. This can cause confusion and delays for guests who need assistance or transportation.

As a couple, we loved the convenient location near the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flights. The newly renovated room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed. The separate living area and bathroom were a nice touch, and we especially enjoyed the king jacuzzi room with the bath in the room. The complimentary bath products added a luxurious touch to our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered a problem.

There were a few negative aspects that dampened my experience. the shower design was not practical, as there was no side door to close it, resulting in the bathroom flooding every time it was used.
