Recently stayed at Shantystay for a short getaway. Rustic cabins were unique and charming. No A/C or TV, but clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable and there was a heater to keep us warm. Fridge and coffee maker in the room were a nice touch. Great location by the water, with easy access to the ferry and attractions like the East Point Lighthouse. Kim, the owner, was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. a cute and cozy place to stay that I would recommend.

loved our stay here in souris. the cabins were cozy and well-designed, maximizing the space. the owner, kim, was so thoughtful and even offered us extra rooms when we arrived late. the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at these super cute little cabins! The bed was really comfortable and the heater came in handy on the chilly day I visited. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge and coffee maker in the room, which was a nice bonus. The location is perfect, right by the water, and it only took me 20 minutes to drive to the East Point Lighthouse. I highly recommend trying the Eastern Express Foodtruck nearby, their scallop burger was awesome. Kim, the host, was friendly and provided great information about the area. The cabins themselves were quaint and well-designed, making the most of the space. I also appreciated how they provided heat, perfect for the shoulder season.

I stayed at a lovely little cabin in Souris called Shantystay Accommodations. The owners, Kim and their partner, did a fantastic job building these cozy cabins. I was impressed with how well they maximized the space and thought out every detail. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything in Souris. Even though the cabins weren't right on the waterfront, the quality of the accommodations made up for it. I really appreciated the kindness of Kim, who offered us two rooms when we arrived late after biking in the dark on a chilly October evening. The cabins were equipped with heaters, which was a nice touch for the shoulder season. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
