I had a great experience at the Shaw Club Hotel. The location was perfect, and the boutique style of the hotel added to the charm. The shower in my room was amazing, and I really enjoyed the food at Zee restaurant. The staff I encountered during my stay were extremely pleasant, considerate, and helpful. I am definitely planning to return to the Shaw Club Hotel for my next getaway.

We recently stayed at the Shaw Club while attending the theatre, and it was the perfect location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for local vineyards to visit. The hotel itself is very pleasant, with beautiful flowers outside. The restaurant, though we didn't get a chance to dine there, looked wonderful. a top-notch hotel with comfortable rooms, great staff, and a convenient location.

I love this place! The location is perfect, right across from the Shaw festival. The service is top-notch, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful and has a lovely balcony where I enjoyed the view of the garden and street while having my meal. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities such as a CD player and a flat-screen TV. On top of that, the free toiletries were a pleasant surprise.

Despite the fact that the staff did not warn us about the noisy construction happening downstairs, I would still recommend this venue to my family and friends.

The onsite restaurant, Zees, exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and generous portions. the Shaw Club provided a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Over Easter, my partner and I had a wonderful stay. the staff was very kind and welcoming, making our check-in process hassle-free. We got two delightful complementary drinks on arrival and were glad to have free Wi-Fi access. the hotel's location near the downtown area made it very convenient to explore the area. We were especially grateful for the complimentary bike rental since we didn't find any affordable bike rental shops nearby.

Our room was a bit cramped, and we felt like we were tightly packed in. We paid the same price as the other couple in our group, who had a larger room with a fireplace.

We found the Shaw Club Hotel to be the perfect base for exploring the Niagara-on-the-lake area. The hotel is just across the street from the Shaw Festival theatre, making it incredibly convenient for catching a show. The location is also great because it's close to everything yet far enough that you don't feel crowded. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy king-sized bed and an excellent shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. We loved starting our day with the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The patio was also a lovely spot to relax with a cold beer or a glass of wine. a great hotel with everything you need for a enjoyable stay.
