The service at Sheraton was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and the staff was always prompt and helpful throughout our stay.

Staff is welcoming to senior dogs. Courtesy bed and bowls provided. Can't hear noise from downstairs. Front desk gives great dinner suggestions. Close to downtown. Comfortable room with soft towels. Microwave and kitchen area in room.

We were amazed by the great location of this place. It was so convenient, right in the downtown core and in a pleasant area. We could easily walk everywhere and only needed a cab once. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The amenities were top-notch, including a beautiful bathroom and a TV with amazing programs.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated right across from the Fitness Centre and close to the river. It is also conveniently located near many bars and restaurants, providing guests with plenty of dining options. Additionally, guests can easily access Calgary's indoor pathway between buildings, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are spacious and feature a suite layout with a small kitchenette, office area, and living area. The bathroom is attractive and well-appointed, offering convenience and comfort. The staff have consistently provided good service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served in the lounge is mostly palatable, offering a variety of options to start the day.

During our stay at the Sheraton, we were delighted by the fantastic location. Being situated close to many amenities, parks, walking trails, and the Bow River made it convenient for us to explore the area. We also appreciated the breakfast served every morning on the rooftop terrace, which offered a lovely start to our day. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. we highly recommend this hotel for a longer stay or a weekend getaway.

We had an exceptional experience at Sheraton Suites! The room was cozy and clean, with an exquisite room service and delicious food. The staff was fantastic and always ready to assist us. Despite a small hiccup with our room not being ready upon arrival, the hotel quickly made it right and upgraded us to a club level room. The location is great and we enjoyed the warm swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great central location for exploring. Nice touches like free hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. , a lovely part of town perfect for strolling around, taking advantage of great local bars and restaurants.

There was also so much loud music in the early morning which spoilt the experience entirely. The bedding felt rather worn.

The location was amazing, right near excellent shopping, outdoor fitness, and dining options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a great view. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The paid parking adjacent to the hotel was reasonably priced for weekend parking. this hotel was conveniently located and had wonderful amenities.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great location! We were able to explore the city on foot and even brought our bikes to enjoy the fantastic bike trails along the rivers. The hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants within walking distance. The large suite with a separate living room was a wonderful surprise, and we appreciated the amenities like the bar fridge and coffee/tea facilities.

The air-conditioning in the room was poor, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We also had some issues with the front desk, including a double charge on our credit card and difficulties with communication.

We stayed at Sheraton Suites for over a week and it was our favorite hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, right in downtown and next to a beautiful park. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and modern. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
