The view at night from the 38th-floor apartment was stunning, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The hosts were responsive and easy to deal with. The apartment was well-maintained and had thoughtful amenities, including extra filters for the coffee, a full-scale hoover and mop, and a great stock of cleaning supplies. The internet was reliable, and there was a good selection of cartoon channels for kids.

globalstay modern downtown was even better than my previous stay in toronto. the room had everything i needed, and the location was unbeatable. close to everything and made me feel like i was staying somewhere great.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of town and just outside of Toronto's financial district. It's near to many conveniences and there is a supermarket accessible from an underground passage, which is great, especially in winter. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The gym had good facilities and was fairly simple to book. The staff at this apartment were responsive and helpful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The 2 bedroom apartment had all amenities, including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, TV, and air conditioning. Located near CN Tower and Rogers, it offered great views of the city and Lake Ontario. The condo had parking, gym, and pool facilities. Will definitely choose this place again when visiting.

I recently stayed at a well-equipped and quiet junior one-bedroom apartment with fantastic views. The apartment was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location in downtown exceeded my expectations, and as a working professional, it was the perfect place for me to get some work done. The comfortable bed, ample linens, and great washer and dryer were additional bonuses. I would definitely choose to stay at Globalstay Modern Downtown again!

The location of the apartment was perfect for my needs, right downtown and close to the hospital. The apartment was fully equipped, including a washer and dryer, which was a convenient bonus. The kitchen had everything I needed, including pots, pans, and utensils. The fridge/freezer was the right size for a week's worth of groceries. The balcony had fantastic views and allowed me to enjoy some fresh air. I would definitely book this property again.
