The value for the money was fantastic, with a clean and modern room, and a huge, comfortable bed. The location was great, within walking distance to cafes, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating throughout our stay.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of knives for cutting, as the only one provided was a steak knife.

Best aspects of our stay were the fast wifi and the very friendly staff. the staff were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They were always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. the location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. It was convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything it had to offer.

Worst aspects of our stay included some cleanliness issues and maintenance problems in the room. the room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, with dirty cutlery, plates, and cups.

Great location in the city centre, right by the lake. Recently renovated rooms, comfortable and clean. Free upgrade to king size bed. Spacious room with a kitchen and larger fridge.

Felt really comfortable, no complaints

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the location was great, just a short walk to downtown with unique shops and restaurants, and right across the street from the beach with beautiful parks and walkways nearby.

One of the rooms we rented had a futon instead of a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable and too small for two people. the showers were extremely tricky, either scalding hot or freezing cold.

I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as the beach was only a minute away. It was lovely to have a view of the water from our room, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and provided us with all the necessary amenities, such as fresh linens.

The lack of cleanliness in the accommodations affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Great location, just steps away from the beach and Okanagan Lake. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. - the room had a nice selection of cable TV channels.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, with signs of previous guests and insects crawling around. Had to switch rooms because the first one had not been cleaned at all, which was very disappointing.

The rooms showed signs of age, with some outdated decor and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Thin walls resulted in a lot of noise from outside and neighboring rooms.
