Excellent air filtration system for allergies, perfect cleanliness, modern layout, fabulous bedding and bed. Smooth check-in process, accommodating late arrival. Immaculately clean, well-equipped suite. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near trails, lakes, and public transport. Comfortable and spacious with great storage. Beautiful surroundings for walks.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the apartment. It was right on the doorstep to Little Italy, with plenty of great places to eat, drink, and shop. I loved that it was an easy walk to Dowes Lake, the arboretum, Carlton University, and the Rideau Canal paths. The building was very quiet, except for some daytime construction. The apartment itself was the cleanest rental I've had in years, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows along the south wall, offering beautiful views of Dowes Lake. It was also great to know that the future Dowes Lake LRT station would be right next door. it was an excellent choice for my extended stay.

My recent stay at Soho Residences Champagne was fantastic! I stayed for a week and the hotel had everything I needed. The building was well kept and I felt safe throughout my stay. The suite I stayed in was beautifully appointed with modern decor and plenty of space. The concierge was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and bars in Little Italy. The location was perfect, steps away from Dows Lake and with public transit right around the corner. The underground parking was a big plus, especially during the winter. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream, stocked with all the necessary cooking items. my stay was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Ottawa!

The unit at Soho Residences Champagne was beautifully furnished and modern, providing all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom was clean and the entire unit was well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenience of having a desk in the living room. Despite a minor issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, my overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

In short, we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location of Soho Residences Champagne was not so close to restaurants, but it was right near Dow's Lake and next to a beautiful park. The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated, making it feel like home. The staff at the reception were friendly and the underground parking was convenient. The kitchen in the apartment was a great advantage, allowing us to prepare meals for our family. Additionally, the free coffee offered at the building lounge was excellent.

The only negative aspect was the lack of proper cleaning in the bathroom.

Started the new year with a great apartment rental. Enjoyed the two added bonuses of complimentary cozy bathrobes and Aveda hair products. Conveniently located near several popular attractions and restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the spacious accommodations were appreciated.

Parking garage had a strong odor and the shower pressure was weak. Though the photos did not match the reality of the view from the room, privacy was an issue due to being situated next to the parking lot with an obstructed view.

my stay was fantastic. the guidance on obtaining the keys and parking was clear. the bed was comfortable, and having a kitchen and laundry machine was great.

Front desk was nonexistent.
