The underground parking was a big plus, and the custodian over the phone was incredibly helpful for first-time visitors like us. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. The host or property manager provided excellent communication throughout our stay and promptly resolved any issues we had. I particularly enjoyed the view of the mountains and the enormous hot tub with its separate sitting areas.

The pillows provided were far too thick for our liking, making it difficult for us to get a comfortable night's sleep. It would have been nice to have the option of thinner or medium pillows to suit our preferences.
