We got great value for our money with spacious rooms that easily accommodated our family. The location was perfect, close to wineries and downtown, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could use improvement, specifically the coffee was unpleasantly flavored.

Found a GEM! So delighted with the quality, cleanliness, and value for the price tag. First time staying at a Staybridge Suite, won't be the last. The check-in was smooth, everything was spotless, eased the stress! The Suite itself is so well laid out. We loved the kitchen in the Suite. The king bed was so comfy. The breakfast in a bag was really well done and plentiful, served with a smile! Thank you to Rose at the front desk for being so friendly and asking about our day each time we saw her! This locale is so central to everything. 5 mins from the Outlet area. 20 mins from Flat Rock Cellars Winery, so be sure to check it out! We have just found our favorite place to stay when in this area! Enjoy it for yourself!

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in Niagara, on, the, Lake. the room had a well, designed layout with a large kitchen and lounge area, perfect for relaxing. the storage in the room was plentiful, which was a bonus for a longer stay. Another advantage was the outdoor space with BBQs and a fire pit area, which provided a cozy atmosphere.

The BBQ area and fire pit were lovely features. The staff provided great recommendations and were friendly. The gym and pool were great for a workout. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was very convenient.

My stay at Staybridge Suites was fantastic. The spacious and clean room with a kitchen provided all the comforts of home. The pool and gym facilities were also clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff made check-in and check-out easy.

We had a fantastic stay here! The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant, making us feel welcome from the start. We were thrilled to get a room next to our son, just as we had requested. The room was like a small 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. It looked newly renovated and was very clean. The breakfast the next morning was good with a selection of fruits, cereals, waffles, eggs, and cold cuts. The hotel is in a great location, close to an outlet mall and within walking distance to a retail center. It's also just a short drive away from the historical area, the falls, and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
