The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that left us feeling satisfied and ready to start the day. the room was very nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful sleep.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of air conditioning. Despite the mention of it in the listing, it was not provided during our stay because the hosts didn't feel it was necessary.

Beautiful, clean, and well-located. Helpful hosts, delicious breakfast, and fast internet. Convenient and secure parking. Will definitely return.

Stayed at a charming, historic home. Conveniently located near the hospital and beach. Rooms were comfortable with ensuite baths. Flexible breakfast hours for hospital visits.

The breakfast was amazing!! Definitely a highlight. They thought of everything and accommodated to us for times. Jimmy and Cheryl are the two nicest people you will ever meet. Very welcoming and friendly! The location was fantastic. Close to downtown and the beach!

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast in downtown Kelowna and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast at this property was absolutely phenomenal - delicious and beautifully presented. The caretakers were thorough and congenial, and it was clear they were invested in the upkeep of their beautiful property. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. The location was also great, close to the lake and waterfront. The service and hospitality were truly amazing, making me feel like I was staying with my favorite relatives.

The staff, Cheryl and Jimmy, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were staying with family.

Had a great xmas stay at a beautifully restored heritage home. the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. the caretakers were friendly and invested in the property. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the waterfront and downtown. the rooms were clean and spacious, larger than expected. the customized breakfast made us feel special and it was nice to have dietary needs accommodated.

there was some traffic noise outside, although it wasn't noticeable inside the room. the bathrooms had some quirks - our room had a handheld wand for the tub instead of a shower, and our friend's room had a finicky shower curtain with sporadic water temperature and pressure.

my stay at the charming b&b was perfect. jim and cheryl's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel at home. the beautifully landscaped yard and comfortable room added to the delightful experience. jim's homemade bread for breakfast was a delicious touch that stood out. i can't wait to return on my next visit to kelowna.
