We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Waterfront Resort & Spa. The layout of the room was unique and fascinating, and the kitchen and bathroom had stylish interior designs. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sensory lights under the cabinets were a nice touch. The resort is conveniently located near wineries and hiking trails, making it a great choice for exploring the area. The complimentary underground parking was also a plus.

We had an excellent poolside suite at this fantastic hotel. The location is great, with Penticton just 10 minutes away. The staff at Locale restaurant, which is on the patio, were fantastic. The outdoor hot tub was a plus, keeping us warm on rainy nights. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-stocked kitchens. The hotel offers secure, free covered parking. The heated pool and watersports rentals are great for families and couples. The staff were extremely helpful, and bicycles were complimentary.

This hotel had really beautiful views and the location was great. It had two outdoor pools that were a great way to enjoy the amazing sun during our Easter stay. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff was nice and helpful in letting us know where to go in the area, which was something I appreciated.

The food was not great which is a big letdown for a hotel that is supposed to be high-end. the restaurant menu was limited and did not have anything that impressive for us to try.
