The location is conveniently close to downtown, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The chalets were rustic and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere. Guests even had the chance to see wildlife, with a family of deer grazing nearby. the level of service and the charm of the chalets were outstanding.

Some guests mentioned that the signage for the hotel could be improved, making it difficult to find for those coming from Trout Lake.
