Great value for the money, cozy room with exceptional staff. Convenient location and friendly service made my stay memorable.

During my recent business trip to Merritt, my director selected Sage Inn Merritt Bc for our stay, and I found the location to be conveniently close to the highway. the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when our room's heating wasn't working—they promptly provided a portable heater. Despite the outdated appearance of the building, the room had been updated with new bed linens, offering a comfortable stay. the exterior entrance to the room was also convenient, especially for easy access with my dogs. the nearby diner was a bonus, providing tasty meals for a good value. I would consider staying again.

Minor issue: Unpleasant smell of dampness.

Location: We had a blast being a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Historical District! It felt like we were in the heart of a time machine, surrounded by Nicola Valley Institute of Technology. So close, you could practically major in history while you sleep!

The staff were absolute gems, always friendly and helpful, making our stay super pleasant. the location was bang on, close to all the volleyball action and tons of eateries and shops around. the rooms were cozy and had this nostalgic vibe I totally dug; the beds were top-notch cozy! 🌟 Rooms were clean and comfy, convenient location, but would've loved to have spent more time relaxing!

The database provided a wide range of information, making it easy to find what I needed quickly. The room with A/C was a pleasant escape from the hot weather, providing a comfortable and cool environment to relax in. At my first stay, the staff kindly showed me around town. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, and indoor pool. I enjoy hiking, cycling, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Can’t wait to return for my holiday.

The only thing I would wish for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people is more assistance from the young folks employed there.
