I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Vernon, BC, and I must say, I was impressed with my experience. The location was ideal, with a grocery store nearby and great restaurants just a short walk away. The morning breakfast, expertly served by Kim, was a highlight, offering unique and delicious options that you don't typically find in Canada. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was polite and attentive. The only issue I encountered was with the water pressure in the shower, which was a little low.

Comfortable beds, nice room, balcony for fresh air. Close to amenities, grocery, pubs, fast food, and Tim Horton's. Plentiful continental breakfast with waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, yogurt. Friendly staff, shout out to Stacey for sorting out a reservation.

The desk girls and housekeeping at this hotel are great! They are very accommodating and go above and beyond to assist guests.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with twin double/queen beds. It was clean and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel offered free wifi and laundry facilities. the location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a nice Chinese restaurant across the highway.

The front desk agent during check-out was extremely rude and unhelpful, showing poor customer relations skills. the noise from the trucks on the nearby highway was bothersome, especially for guests staying in front rooms.

The staff was welcoming, helpful, and went beyond to assist with business contacts. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices, including the option to make your own waffles. Shampoo and conditioner were conveniently provided in every shower.

Super clean room, pleasant smell. Nice kitchenette, although didn't use. Convenient location, easy to get around. Comfy bed, by hotel standards. Helpful and accommodating staff. Plentiful breakfast with good variety. Convenient pet rooms with outer doors. Fantastic hot tub and pool

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the helpful receptionist and the free breakfast. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I appreciate the hotel's green approach with eco-friendly amenities and options to minimize waste. The breakfast bar was well-maintained, and I loved the addition of a waffle maker. The location was also convenient, with various restaurants within walking distance.
