We loved staying here! The location was excellent - right in the midst of downtown, with easy access to transportation. We also appreciated the room amenities such as the ironing facilities, hair dryer, in-room safe, and television. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was a great place to grab a bite.

It's a bit noisy due to the location on a large avenue, but we didn't mind. we would definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a great stay in the city!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and really friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and had all the amenities I needed, including soap and shampoo. The location was awesome, with easy access to downtown, Gastown, parks, and beaches. I loved that they had bikes available for guests to use, although they could use some servicing. this hotel had everything I needed and more for a comfortable stay in this city.

Had an amazing Xmas at this hotel! Loved the friendly staff who made our stay extra special. the rooms were clean and cozy, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the key attractions and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the free bikes provided by the hotel, allowing us to explore the bike-friendly city at our own pace. a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to others.

There were a couple of downsides. the outside of the building didn't give a great first impression, but once inside, everything exceeded our expectations.

Cozy west coast style with clean rooms, nice location, and a coffee shop at the entrance. Beautiful courtyard, friendly staff, and complimentary cruiser bikes. Staff were accommodating in finding alternate accommodation and helped us find a doctor. Retro 60's feel with a courtyard fireplace, candy, and old postcard on the bed. Front desk guy was helpful and even provided umbrellas.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even gifting us a card for our anniversary. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance of popular attractions such as Sunset Beach, Stanley Park, and Granville Island. The bike rental service allowed us to explore the city further and ride around Stanley Park, which was a delightful experience. The staff also provided us with helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and directions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great renovation of an old school motel at a good price. Super clean rooms and extremely friendly and efficient staff. the room was warm and quiet, with double-glazed windows. the cafe downstairs offered excellent coffee, and there were plenty of food options nearby. the location was convenient, with grocery stores and public transportation nearby. the self-service laundry machines in the basement were also a plus.

Some staff members were rude and ignored customers. the room size was small, and there was no parking available for large vehicles.
