On our weekend away, we were thrilled to receive two complementary breakfasts with our room. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby town and we enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store and coffee shop just steps away. the bed was comfortable and we appreciated the ample amount of towels provided.

There was a damp smell in the hallway that made us hesitant to stay for too long in the common areas. the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking at times.

I recently stayed at The George Dawson Inn for a few days and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The spacious lobby and wide halls added to the overall charm of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, it was enormous! The air conditioner worked well and wasn't too noisy, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bath filled up quickly and the breakfast included was great. I wish I could have stayed longer!
