I had an incredible stay at this property. The house exceeded all expectations, offering more space than I could have imagined. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and the gardens were stunning, with hidden corners to enjoy. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and transportation options. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and functional room, and the location was perfect with trendy shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at Hazelton were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

As old people, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, elegant property, and gracious staff. The breakfast and late-night bar scene were top-notch. The corner location with picturesque streets and a fabulous city view from the walk-out balcony added to the charm. The upscale 'One' restaurant and in-room dining were amazing, and the hotel's chic modern decor is in line with our preferences. The location allowed easy access to all city attractions, and the staff was open, approachable, and responsive in all capacities.

The rooms at this hotel were beautifully appointed and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were plush and cozy, and the rainfall shower in the bathroom was a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near top, notch restaurants, bars, and attractions. It made exploring the city so much easier.

There were a few issues that put a damper on my experience. the check, in process was a bit disorganized, and my room wasn't ready even though I arrived after the designated check, in time.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities. the service was personalized and attentive. We indulged in a great Spa & wellness centre experience, using the indoor saltwater pool, the steam room and the treatment room. the massage and body scrub were revitalizing. the Spa lounge had calming vibes and the Spa centre was very clean. We appreciated the privacy of the beauty treatments. the in-room breakfast was carefully prepared and the restaurant had special diet menus.

We found only one minor issue, that the pillows were too soft. everything was impeccable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many high-end shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring the city. the hotel itself had a luxurious feel, with beautiful decor and artwork in the lobby. the rooms were stunning, with marble accents and great lighting. the bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the fact that you could choose your pillow firmness. the Nespresso machine in the room was a great addition and made for a wonderful start to the day.

I found the noise from outside, such as trash pick up, to be a bit bothersome when the balcony doors were open. However, once the doors were closed, all noise was shut out.
