We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. We enjoyed scenic walks along the river and indulged in delicious coffee at a nearby organic coffee shop. For dinner, we dined at a sushi restaurant close to the lake shore. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were happy to have satellite TV with ESPN. The staff provided excellent service, giving us helpful suggestions and tips. The breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day.

We did encounter some maintenance issues with the room, as the bedroom floor near the air conditioner was soaking wet, possibly due to poor drainage.

The pool was a delight, especially the warm temperature that made it perfect for kids to enjoy. While the water slide wasn't always available, it was still a fun addition. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, with waffle makers keeping the kids happy and oatmeal and cereal for the adults. Considering the value for money, we were pleased with our stay overall.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and all the attractions. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service and answering all of our questions. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the comfortable sitting area and the free toiletries provided. The hotel had a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, offering a delicious paid breakfast and special diet menus. We were impressed by the staff's gracious hospitality and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The breakfast hours should be extended to 10 am to allow guests more time to enjoy their morning meal.

The hotel had a wide range of amenities including a laundry service, a welcome drink, and room amenities like ironing facilities and an electric kettle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a sitting area and a flat-screen TV. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

In terms of cons, there were really no negatives to mention. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
