As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the well-designed showers, easy access plugs, and ample closet and space for our needs. The Nescafe machine was a nice treat in the morning, and the staff's professionalism and hospitality were top-notch.

The view from my room was stunning, especially when I used the premium toiletries in the immaculately clean bathroom. The friendly staff, like Pearl and Rose, made me feel welcome. Despite the hotel being off the main street, it was a great location with a short walk to everything. I'll recommend this hotel.

The lobby features a tall tree and a big fireplace. Mountain views can be seen from every window. The second floor has a pool table and other games. The rooftop hot tubs and outdoor heated pool offer stunning mountain backdrops. The restaurant serves a delightful Christmas breakfast.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and hot tub area had stunning views and was the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The room cleaning was often done late in the day, which was inconvenient.

Fantastic location with great views, close to main street and easy access in and out. Newly built hotel, stylish and clean. Alike an ancient castle with lots of wood and spacious stairs. Beautiful lighting. Brunch on Saturday was out of this world, amazing decoration of the food. Outdoor pool and whirlpool with mountain view. Great gym and games room for families.

The reception area is lovely and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring a large fridge and comfortable beds with mixed-firmness pillows. The walk-in shower and premium toiletries add to the luxurious experience. The staff, especially Pearl and Rose, are helpful and friendly.

The in-room amenities are poor, resulting in a less than expected experience. There is no welcome pack for guests, and the breakfast is not included.
