The access to the lounge and complimentary breakfast in the Royal club deluxe room was a nice bonus. Despite a minor issue with the fridge, the service was excellent. a beautiful hotel and a perfect place to celebrate my birthday!

We also appreciated the in-room air conditioning, as well as the flat-screen TV that allowed us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The club lounge access was a fantastic bonus, with delicious breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and evening cocktail hour, all included in the room price. The lounge staff, especially Charlotte, were attentive and helpful, and we often had the lounge to ourselves. The spacious and comfortable room felt like a suite, and the location was ideal, with great shops, restaurants, and St. Lawrence Market within walking distance. an amazing experience.
