The value for money was excellent, with a beautiful and comfortable room. The location was perfect, near restaurants and the waterfront, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The morning meal could be improved with more options for room service breakfast.

Our stay was made enjoyable thanks to the hotel's fantastic location next to a recently built convention center and underground parking. The room was impeccably clean and offered modern amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi and luxurious bedding. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with premium toiletries. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.

The breakfast service could have been more varied.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown square, close to everything and right next to the convention center. The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service and is knowledgeable about the area. Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the harbor.

The Sutton Place in Halifax offers an excellent location, with easy access to restaurants and the picturesque Halifax waterfront. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and provide exceptional service. From the warm welcome from Manager Rae to the helpful doormen, the staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The onsite restaurants serve delicious meals, including a delightful happy hour. The room itself is stunning, one of the nicest we've stayed in, with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom is beautiful, and overall cleanliness is top-notch.

The housekeeping service at The Sutton Place could be improved. There were some cleanliness issues, such as dirty glasses left on tables and desks, as well as towels left hanging in the shower.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Sutton! The value for money was fantastic, and the room itself was top-notch, with breathtaking sea views and a luxurious feel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, with restaurants, shops, and the stunning waterfront within walking distance. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

Luxurious accommodations and exceptional service await you here. the atmosphere is truly breathtaking, and the amenities are perfect for a short or extended stay. the private facilities and in-room breakfast were a highlight, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our most exclusive needs. the location is central to shopping, dining, and other leisure activities.

Despite all the luxuries, we encountered one minor issue- the pillows were too big and solid for our preference, resulting in a stiff neck in the morning. this did not detract from the overall excellence of the experience.

Breakfast and location were great! the fruit on the plate was fresh, and the service was fantastic. the hotel was also nearby to many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The pet fee was not clear, and it was quite expensive. the check-out time was also too early for us, and extending it was ridiculously expensive.

The breakfast at the hotel's Chop restaurant was delicious and satisfying. Although the service was a bit lacking, we liked the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The car service provided by the hotel was convenient and reliable.
