The Westin Edmonton provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were efficient and friendly, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. The spacious and clean room had a cozy bed with plenty of pillows, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel's location near the river trail and Rogers Place was great for exploring and attending events. The pool and gym facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

We loved the modern style of the room at this place. The bed and shower were absolutely fabulous, and we were grateful for the blackout blinds. The staff were also very helpful and made sure we had the best stay possible.

the westin made my birthday special, upgrading us to a suite with cake. the spacious room and fluffy pillows made for a cozy stay. great location for scenic walks and hockey watching. efficient and friendly staff.

The staff at Westin went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. I had a last-minute change in plans for my business meetings, and they were able to find me a meeting room at another hotel nearby. Their quick and efficient response saved the day and allowed me to have successful meetings. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help. The room itself was also very comfortable, with a clean bed and excellent shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, with many restaurants in downtown just a short walk away. The Shaw center is also nearby, making it convenient for attendees of events or conferences. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping services all available. The staff at the reception and by the entrance door provided us with excellent service and made us feel welcome. The room amenities were superb, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The dining options at this hotel were also impressive, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar available. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious, with special diet menus available.

There was also no hot tub, which would have been a nice addition. Additionally, there was an additional $30 charge for self-parking, which was not ideal.

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient for exploring downtown and attending cultural activities. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had a fantastic staycation at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and even upgraded our room for free. They also gave us a late check out, which was a bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Edmonton Conference Center where I had a keynote to deliver. The room was wonderfully quiet, exactly what we requested. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.
