Had a great time over Easter at this hotel. Loved the convenient location, just steps away from popular attractions and shopping centers. The view from our room was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a perfect view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed the saltwater pool and the quick breakfast options on the 3rd floor.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The hallway noise was quite bothersome, as the doors did not provide any soundproofing.

As adventure travelers, we loved the excellent breakfast buffet and the spectacular view of the fireworks from room 1226. The location was perfect, with a shopping center attached, which was a great bonus.

Great staff, from busboys to housekeeping. Convenient location next to By-Ward Market. Efficient room service and clean rooms. Kids loved the view. Friendly receptionist accommodated our request for a quiet room. Complimentary treats for our anniversary made our stay special.

My recent stay at The Westin was amazing! I was in Ottawa for a few days, and the hotel's location was perfect. Situated on the banks of the Rideau Canal, it was just a short walk to Byward Market and Parliament Hill. The hotel's lounge had a warm and classy atmosphere, and the staff at the restaurant's bar were incredibly knowledgeable about food pairings. They even recommended a fantastic scotch after my meal. Plus, during my stay, the canal was open, offering a beautiful wintertime experience. the view, location, and service were exceptional.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a block from the Parliament Buildings and in the centre of the city. It's also very close to the canal, which is great for taking a stroll. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some offering a stunning view of the Parliament. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The elevators can be quite slow, leading to long wait times for guests.

The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable bed and a spotless washroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. We also enjoyed the great views from the deluxe room and high level corner suite. The hotel's location, in the heart of downtown and connected to the Rideau Centre shopping mall, was very convenient. We loved being close to the canal for skating and not having to put on our coats to go shopping at the mall. The Shore Club restaurant within the hotel area offered delicious meals. All in all, a fantastic experience for both adults and children.

It was a breeze to explore downtown Ottawa, with Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal, and the ByWard Market all within walking distance. The Westin Ottawa is a prime location attached to the Rideau Center, perfect for shopping. The modern and clean bed and bathroom were a highlight. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even upgraded us to a corner suite and surprised us with a gift for our anniversary. We will definitely be staying at the Westin Ottawa for future trips.

The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality sheets, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel's location is unbeatable, allowing me to leave my car parked and easily explore all of this city's attractions on foot. I was within walking distance of Parliament Hill, the main sightseeing spots, and even a fantastic mall.
